BLUCOM is a mobile application whereby contents, games and transactions can be displayed and processed on a mobile telephone in sync with corresponding TV formats (More information about BLUCOM here).

The ProSiebenSat.1 Group commissioned FiveCast to create N24's BLUCOM news portal. The all-embracing service covered the design of the BLUCOM pages and implementing the XHTML-templates.

For the half-hourly portal update, FiveCast's proprietary BLUCOM generator module - as used in BLUCOM DMS (Document Management System) - was used. This produces BLUCOM pages automatically with the help of the transmitter's XML data streams and loads the updates to the server.
