FiveCast GmbH was founded in 01.10.2005 as a technology arm of FiveWorks GmbH, a successful supplier and licence dealer of content for interactive TV formats as well as M-commerce services on the national and international markets.
On 01.2.2006 APS (Astra Platform Services) took over the majority share of FiveCast GmbH and it is now run as a joint venture between FiveWorks GmbH and APS GmbH.
