With the web platform Uprom.TV, a portal
combining the Internet and TV in a unique way has been launched in Germany for the first time.
Besides the technical implementation of the TV transmission, FiveCast was also responsible for
the realization of the Internet platform and developed a highly integrated technical product
that made the efficient operation of both platforms possible.
The online platform, incorporating a J2EE framework, features all common community functions via the frontend and offers comprehensive administrative and control options via the backend. FiveCast developed its own CMS for the examination, administration and further processing of moving pictures.
