Dr. Brenton Cooper receives the inaugural Power group distinguished impact award
The Industry Leaders Fund (ILF) is building a stronger South Australia by investing in the exceptional people shaping the future of the State. Our CEO and Co-founder, Dr Brenton Cooper, who is a 2022 ILF graduate, was honoured with the inaugural Power Group Distinguished Impact Award. Funded by ILF scholar, Patrick Power, this award is bestowed on an individual who has achieved exceptional success in their field while actively contributing to the ILF scholars network. Since 2019, Brenton has led Fivecast from a fledgling Co-operative Research Centre (CRC) exit to a globally recognised, multi-award-winning leader in its field. Brenton’s leadership has cemented Fivecast as one of South Australia’s most remarkable global success stories, exemplifying the spirit of the ILF.
Fivecast has had a long association with and benefited greatly from the ILF through its investment in executive education.
Brenton Cooper was a 2022 ILF scholar and attended Stanford Graduate School of Business in the USA to complete the Executive Program for Growing Companies. Duane Rivett, our VP of Strategic Growth, was a 2023 ILF scholar, completing a Strategic Leadership Program at the University of Oxford. Additionally, our Sr. Director of Marketing, Monica Brink, has been awarded a 2025 ILF scholarship to complete a B2B Marketing Strategies programme at INSEAD in France.
